With her daughter and grandchildren living in the area, Fiona planned to relocate from Scotland and retire to this idyllic cottage with huge garden and amazing views.

After being recommended by a local architect RTW began liaising with the client and her daughter to plan a complete overhaul, with this dated property offering a complete blank canvas. Works included renovating the three bedroom cottage, demolishing the existing side extension, installing new drainage and erecting a new single storey extension with oak cladding and fitted kitchen.

Throughout the project RTW acted as the main point of contact with the clients and were able to work hand in hand with plumbers, electricians, heating engineers, roofers, plasterer and decorator navigating all the twists and turns and a project like this inevitably throws up.
