HILL VIEW RD - RUSTHALL

After another building firm had left Steve and Liz and their two daughters in the lurch, with no functioning kitchen or bathroom we took over this build just before Christmas with the aim of completing this ground floor extension.

Groundworks were completed in readiness for fresh screed to be poured along with installation of the steel frame to support the existing structure above. Three skylights were then fitted into the new roof with bifold doors backing onto the garden.

A sleek contemporary kitchen and new laminate floor were then fitted to finally create this large open plan kitchen/dining room and maximise the space this family required.
